Danielle Scott, Founder & CEO

A champion of women, minorities and workplace Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, Danielle Scott believes in “Making the Ask” and advocating for yourself in any setting.  

A natural advocate, Danielle has spent her career working to advance policies that make corporate spaces more diverse and inclusive of women and people of color. Inspired by her own experiences and those of her close friends and colleagues, Danielle created The Leverage Collective to provide direct support to women and minorities navigating corporate and professional settings. 

Danielle founded The Leverage Collective in 2020 to formally facilitate her efforts to create customized solutions for those struggling to find their voice in the workplace. Danielle uses her personality and innate ability to communicate to connect with clients. Through her coaching and guidance, clients find support and empowerment to leverage themselves in any environment.
